Core to our products is the ability to blend inherently unstable compounds into a single emulsion, and for the body's own electro-static charging to facilitate the formation of layers within seconds of application to the skin, based on the ionic charge status of the particular ingredients.
Infection control products comprise ingredients including antiseptics, detergents, skin protectant and emollients (moisturisers). On application, the protectants and emollients are drawn to the skin, whilst the active antiseptics sit on the surface of the application to destroy pathogens (germs). In between is a microscopically thin polymer layer - your "invisible glove" - protecting your hands for hours.
Wound care products utilise a similar "layering" principle. Broad-spectrum nutrition is delivered to the wound site, whilst the polymer layer prevents any harmful intrusion which might interfere with the healing process.
