Richard Littlehales - Chief Executive Officer
Richard is an economics graduate and a Chartered Accountant with wide-ranging corporate experience spanning multiple sectors including healthcare, manufacturing, engineering, logistics, construction services, environmental services and IT. Richard has worked in public and private companies, UK and overseas groups, start-ups and mature businesses in a range of executive, non-executive and consulting appointments during which time he has developed expertise in planning and financing new business opportunities, corporate development, mergers and acquisitions and strategic business value creation.
Richard is responsible for the formulation and delivery of TWO Medical’s ambitious business strategy.
Other interests include TWO World Option, a company which offers short-term leadership development programmes in the developing world, particularly in Africa, and TWO World Consulting, a strategic consultancy focused on new business start-ups.
Nigel Hyde - Non-Executive Chairman
Nigel Hyde is the Chief Executive of Mission Direct. A Chartered Accountant by background he spent several years in audit, including 3 years in Papua New Guinea with Price WaterhouseCoopers.
In 1990 he joined Deloitte working initially in Corporate Finance and developed a Forensic Accounting division within the East Midlands.
In 1996, Nigel was appointed Finance Director of a Christian Mission based in Cyprus and for 3 years worked largely in Turkey and Egypt. In 1999, he returned to the UK and joined Mercy Ships, a global charity. There he worked on a capital appeal and managed the finances before founding a Missions programme within the UK called Mission Challenge. Mission Direct grew out of this work and now contributes to improving many lives.
Nigel is married to Susan and has 4 children, Rebekah, Natasha, Georgina and Suzannah.
